Hi a friend is looking to find a stable and grazing for one horse and one pony both geldings in the above areas. She wants them to live out 24/7 but also requires stabling if its ever necessary to bring them in.

She also requires and in which to ride over. A menage is not necessary.

Not sue if its close enough or what hacking is like but have you tried Hoar Park? I treat horses there and think they can live out, stabling and school is OK. Think they can hack out across the back but not sure.
