I will be posting this in tack shops in the area but if anyone knows of anything please let me know. Most places won't do 24/7 turnout which is a must. The stable is a bonus for vet/farrier/tacking up situations etc.

Frensham Manor do a kind of Grass Livery with stable if needed, but I think its pretty pricey......

Or Blacklands Farm in Elstead......

Thanks for those! However - already phoned the 1st one and they don't turn out 24/7. I'm actually AT Frensham! Really nice but no stable available unless I take out a second mortgage! Maybe I sell my house and live with my horse in the stable! Blacklands also don't turn out 24/7 - phoned them already. Very difficult......
