Assisted DIY near Hitchin

Can anyone recommend anywhere for DIY (with services available when needed) near Hitchin please?

I'm looking for quite a small, quiet yard. Ideally either individual or pairs turnout and also a decent school.

I don't really know the area that well, so looking for ideas within about a 15-20 minute drive from Hitchin.

Yards I already know of are Chesfield, Lodge Farm, Church Farm, Stagenhoe, New Farm and Ickleford.

Linces Farm in Welwyn - would just about be a 20 minute drive from Hitchin going the back way. Not sure about individual turnout though.

you could try V in Todds green.cant remember what her yard is called though but could give directions. also believe there is somewhere in little wymondly
