Good God , how do youn get that much white on any horse at this time of year let alone a coblet! give yourself a break and get a dirt coloured horse. No really she looks stunning.

Thank you

ROFL !! She already has poop stains :( mucky troll she usually is. She'd just had a bath on Saturday and so with her "bath robe" on smelling gorgeous I think she was "flirting" with my hubby (who she adores!...well "daddy" always has treats and never rides her...) little madam!

Sussed getting her tail white again too. Spray baby oil in a week before bath time, wash it in wahing up liquid, then shampoo and condition, et voila! sparkly tail :D

'Why the long face?' PMSL :D that photo fits that phrase perfectly!

orrrr your so cruel (in a loving way of course)

I love him, can I have him?

pleeeeeeeease?

I'm having coblet withdrawal symtoms. :( I miss my grey lump of fur with a leg in each corner, but he's still on the same yard :)

ooops sorry! I meant she :o

Nice looking girl and very rare for me to say this, this is one that I think would look very nice hogged and trimmed as well as naturally hairy.

Thanks Theresa :D As I have after 5 years only got her used to having her body clipped without a large dose of sedolin being involved. It took me nearly a year for her to trust me to brush her mane and it was such a pain to train to one side that I am loathe to chop it off. So I think she's destined to stay a hairy beastie :)

Hairy she stays then, one of the few that would look very nice either way and I do love her big head and bum - but there again I would as the second love of my life is Farra Clydesdale.

I don't envy you the white though, thank god our two hairies have a good amount of brown on them, though Farra seems to be going more grey every time I look at her.

Hi Theresa, I figure she needs the large head to balance her generous bottom :p

White IS a pain and when I was looking for a horse I was looking for a "been there, done it" older dark or coloured gelding... I saw the advert in H & H for Bonnie and felt drawn to her, even though she was a fresh off the boat done nothing, knew nothing, greener than a twig (but still I read & believed "bombproof") 6 yo Irish cob WHITE and blue mare.... I must have been mad, but on meeting her, something inside just "clicked". We've most definitely had our ups and downs. She still throws challenges at me, but I don't know what I would do without her, she's fab. So I put up with the mud, grass and poop stains, but thank goodness warmer weather seems to be coming as it'll be easier to keep her cleaner (I hope) ;)
