Attempted thieft in Hartley Wintney

Last Night / Early this morning there was an attempted at the thieft of some horses from a yard in Hartley Wintney.

Tyre tracks were found just above the yard and the fence cut.

After the break in where a Beagle puppy was stolen. Be aware of thieves around.

No info on this one, but there was another break-in in Eversley this week. Our yard is on alert. Seems they're looking for tools, quad bikes, that sort of thing. No horses or tack were taken or harmed . . . but I'm guessing they were very secure (as are hours).

I tend to have the view that if they really want to break in they will (and our alarmed has multiple gates, alarms, etc.) . . . but I'd be far happier if they took my tack, feed, the yard tractor, etc., than stole my horse (or anyone else's) to take them Lord knows where and do Lord knows what to them.
