I ordered a jacket from Panache Equestrian on 24th October 2011.

My credit card was charged on the date of the order.

I am yet to receive my jacket.

I have emailed and phoned them on numerous occasions and have not received an email response. When I phoned (during business hours your time) I got their answering machine and left a message.

I have phoned twice tonight and all I get is a recorded message saying "we cannot take your call right now, nor can you leave a message. Please call back later".

I guess what I am asking is if anyone over there has dealt with Panache Equestrian? Is there any good/bad reports?

I don't know what to do now.

Never heard of them!

Just looked on their FB page and a few others seem to be having problems with slow replies to emails too. Leave a message on their FB page?
 
if you paid by credit card then speak to your card issuer and open a dispute, do this straight away as if you leave it too long and the company goes bust you wont get your money back.
 
Advise your credit card company and they will give you a refund. I would suggest you use a more reputable retailer in future.
What was the jacket you ordered as someone on the Forum will be able to suggest a reputable retailer of the product?
