The devastation from the Australian fires have left many dogs owners homeless. Well known malamute breeders lost their lives along with their two young children and all of their dogs. Others lost their dogs but excaped themselves with being badly burnt. Some lost all of their property, and in several instances their horses too. Dogs Victoria has a virtual dog show going to raise funds to help these folks.
