Oh that's so sad; I've always loved Ava, probably because she reminded me so much of my own little mare. Just goes to show, they're no safer in the field than they are on the XC course Makes you want to wrap them all up in cotton wool, doesnt it

That is just awful. I remember when she belonged to Stuart Tinney back in the day. A lovely mare with a great heart and jump. RIP.
