B.E Refund question

Was meant to compete at Richmond last sunday but unfortunatly was cancelled due to weather. Haven't recieved any refund back, should I have heard something as it was over a week ago?

Last refund I had took about 7 weeks.

Quick to want your money, slow to return it.

Might be worth giving them a quick call but I would assume they have a lot of entries to return, so it might take a while.

sometimes it can be 8-9 weeks before you get a refund!
