Everytime I look at this little cutie I am still amazed that he came from one of those frozen straws that a) I got told to throw away because the semen wasn't good enough (thanks Henk for telling me to keep them!) and b) they also got accidently scattered all over the AES office floor

when I picked them up and we had to madly scrabble to pick them all up and get them back in the tank

Makes me think of the time my daughter had to pick up some fresh semen for one of our mares. It was a really cold day and she was told to keep it close to her body. Well she put the syringe down her bra while driving!!!!!!!!!!!

All she could think about was not getting stopped by the police, as she was not sure how she would explain that she couldn't hang around as the semen she was carrying on her person had to be used quickly!!!!!!!!

15.2-16h hopefully. you can never tell tho, the last time I put Ousbek over a 16.1 mare the resulting offspring is only 14.2 no bigger than dad was, but this mare is bigger than that one and usually throws substantial babies so hopefully we will have a Ousbek in horse proportions this time

Stabled near to Ousbek once at a show, he was a complete Gentleman even though he was surrounded by lots of flirty mares

What are you doing with that one dose, I have a very fertile little mare that has produced this

She is 16hh and his father is 16.2hh, bless he is only 15.1hh would love to produce a JA pony out of her

Well... as I have given up breeding ponies, I don't know what we are doing with the last dose... I guess just waiting for the right mare to come along thats worthy of the last dose...
