Although my stable isn't being used at the moment, I noticed a baby thrush in it on the floor yesterday and he is still there today (he could have been there longer). I know the rule is to leave baby birds alone as their parents are usually around but I don't want it to die because I didn't do anything. Any suggestions?

Really is best to leave it.
Baby birds rarely survive if you try and 'adopt' them.
Keep an eye on it. If you are sure the parents are not attending it phone your vet. They may have the number of someone who can take it.

The parents are probably feeding it. Make sure the parent birds can get in and out easily. Hopefully no cats will get the baby bird and it will fly off in a few days time.
