A few weeks ago I emailed the stud farm where Belle was born to find out any extra info on her and to see if they had any photos. They sent me this beautiful, albeit small, photo of her as a foal! I am so in love with BabyBelle!

They said that her mother is still alive (I think she's 28) and that somewhere she has a full brother with a cracking jump but they don't know where he is now. Also that her mother was quite unhandled and that Belle had "a little bit of this character." As if I didn't know already!

Thanks. They said she was "a beautiful foal with a fabulous step" but that she didn't show this as a 3yr old (presumably why they sold her on).

We might breed from Bella next year and if she has a filly, we're calling it Babybell If she has a colt I want to call it Brian but i'm not allowed

She's grey now isn't she? She was a pretty colour as a foal *she is now too as well though *

Thank you, she is quite pretty but a bit of a loon! She is half KWPN (daddy) and I think 3/8 TB and 1/8 ID. She is registered as an ISH and came over from Ireland when she was 4 or 5 I think.

She somehow then belonged to a novice man, God knows how he managed! I do love her a lot though and she is making me a better rider for sure.
