Bach rescue remedy - for human and horse!

Have decided to try this to help my confidence (and my horses) out hacking. Does anyone use it and what dose do you take (and if you use it for your horse - how much again do you give?) xx

Ive used it both for myself and horse. Used when I went to dentist. Like to think that it did help. Seemed to help horse as well. Just gave her about 12 drops on piece of bread before she went to her first show jumping.

I've used the spray for myself and just kept on going until I felt sufficiently relaxed!!!!

Supposed to work for dogs too. Just don't give the pastilles as xylitol is toxic to animals.
