Back From The Vets With Billy ...

Following on from my thread about my cat having cystitis ..

We're back from the vets, Billy cheered up a bit before we went but we took him anyway. Vet said his bladder was small which was a good sign, weighed him (he's about 4 kilos which is apparently good) and then gave him two injections, one was a painkiller but I can't remember the other one. He has to have a course of tablets and some stuff we have to put on his food and he's going back for a check up next week. He's alreayd feeling better, has eaten all his dinner and even stole some of my chips when I wasn't looking Little bugger.

Good news. I'm guessing he has antibiotic tablets and cystaid to sprinkle on his food. Hope he continues to get better.

He is on "Synulox" which I guess is an antibiotic tablet and he has "Metacam" which we have to put in the syringe (sp??) and then squirt over his food

Glad Billy is ok and on the road to recovery

Synulox is and antibiotic and Metacam for pain relief and anti inflammatory

Hope he is back to his normal self soon
