After fracturing my wrist 2 weeks ago in a bad fall, i asked all my horsey friends if they could ride my mare while i was out of action....but no one wanted to (not sure why)..so she's not been ridden since the fall and i didnt want to leave her any longer, so climbed on board myself (with my arm in pot!) and decided to go for a ride around the estate as we rent a field so no school (sob).
Well the good news is she was great just a little fresh and jumpy. so i am so proud of her coz if she had played up my right arm wasnt strong enough to help me out!
I needed to ride her as she can be a little hard to mount, and have worked all summer correcting it i didnt want her going back to square one again.
