Back in the saddle

For those of you who dont know I rather roughly deposited on the arena floor by my 4 yo over 6 weeks ago. I developed a HUGE hematoma and some nasty muscle damage.

I have been unable to ride since then and have bene getitng increasingly depressed. My OH started bringing the baby back into work for me (under my supervision) He has done a great job and today after some reduction in the swelling I thought sod it!!!! So I got on him and had a little walk and trot.

He was a saint and it didnt hurt at all so thats it Im getting back on and getting back into it. I am going to ride again tomorrow and see how it goes.

So sorry for the self indulgent pointless post but im so so happy. I love my little horsie and cant wait to get training over the winter
