I have a pony which my daughter has not ridden for just over a year due to a number of reasons. we have just moved to a new yard with lots of other kids and she wants to start ridding again but i am unsure how to bring her back into work. I don't want her super fit as she will just be used for plodding but she has had not tack on for a long time and i am worried. Can you please help me thank you also can you suggest a bit, she is good but on occasion can be a little fast and daughter has had her confidence knocked before so want to make sure she has proper brakes
