Well, I got back on the hippo today!
Took me four days to work up the nerve and work out the stiffness, but my instructor, YO and OH were all very supportive
Only managed twenty minutes and that was at walk, but after Sunday's very scary fall, I am still very chuffed with both me and hippo. She was going very well today, although obviously interested in the boys...that time again, I'm afraid!
So my next goal is to get my confidence back to where I was and try trotting again. In the meantime, lots of lunging for her and breathing exercises for me
