Hi,

Does anyone use back on track rugs or products? I was about to get a new magnetic rug when I saw this company at Olympia.....

the rug I want is £180 which is cheaper and therefore more desireable for me than a magnetic one.

However, I dont want to end up with a gimmick...! magnetic therapy is proven and I had never heard of these rugs until Olympia, they are ceramic!

The information and testomonials make good sense, but testomonials are from riders who are no doubt sponsored by back on track, so they will be positive.

I need it from the horses mouth before making a commitment, so your experiences would be welcomed :-)

Many thanks

george

I've just ordererd one having done a lot of research, can't give you any feedback yet!! Send a PM to TayloredEq on here, she's very knowledgeable about these rugs ;)!!

Fab products. I bought some wraps after my mare did a front suspensory. I have since bought her the fleece and 2 saddle cloths. It's odd as when I jumped her in her saddle pad she was amazing and loose and then twiged that she had the pad on. (she's 19 btw). Lots of people on here rate their products.

Hi, I bought the mattress cover based on good reports on here but found it too much - you can definitely feel it doing something but I was waking up very sore and absolutely knackered every morning! It does say you need to give it about 10 days which I simply couldn't, I felt that bad!
So, based on that, I would not go for a rug.

However, I do also have a pair of gloves and havent had any pain in my fingers...

Think it works for some but not others. Personally, I would try small things like boots happily, something bigger like a numnah with caution and like I said, I'd give the rug a miss.

Hope this helps.

I have had my mesh rug and a t shirt for just over a year, the t shirt I have lived in during the colder months, slept in it to keep me warm amd stop me stiffening up when trekking in Nepal, definitely keeps me more mobile and has cut down my physio visits enormously. The rug I used initially on my Tb ex racer who had a number of issues and he certainly felt freer and softer when ridden, like somebody had already worked him in, so I used it for travelling in to schooling sessions and comps. My new girl is hairy irish youngster and although she gets too hot travelling in it but used in stable and she was very happy.
The products have been well tried and tested on the continent and many eventers and dressgae riders swear by them.
