The flamazine seems to have worked its magic and GreyDonk went back out into the field this morning after his final dressing came off - and after he'd done some work in the school. He was fab . . . soft, worked over his back. Perhaps the rest did his brain some good? Perhaps the bute is masking any niggles? In any event, it's lovely to see him back out in the field and to have him back in work. The mud fever hasn't totally gone, however (although it's much, much better) so I'm going to have to stay on top of it - have a stack of fluffy towels up at the yard, a big pot of the wonderful flamazine, aloe vera, etc.

So fingers crossed this continues and he remains well enough to go team chasing at Fair Oak on Sunday . . ..
