Hi,
My ex racer has had the past 6 months off due to ligament strain between 2 vertebrae. Now 6 months on the vet has been out to check him and although its a lot better he's still very sore.
Now the vet said to turn him away for a further 6 months, as he knows we don't want to spend a fortune. But, he could be exactly the same and has said it may be arthritic changes between the vertebrae. We can only find this out by having a bone scan and we haven't got the money to do this.
Has any one got any great pearls of wisdom to hand out today?
