Back on my horse after the car crash

can only do 15 mins slowly increasing it. My horse is very fwd going and sometimes I end up cantering for 5 mins till he settles. This does not normally worry me. He can be strong.

Everytime I touch the rein he sticks his head in the air and tries to piss off

not good when you are trying to gentle work!

I have booked the dentist for Monday done about 9 months to a year ago

Did not realise he was over due .

Any ideas whats going a little wrong?

Get yourself on the ground, give horsey a loving cuddle and explain the situation to him/her

Don't forget to say please and use manners when asking horse if it would consider being gentle and slow for a few days, in return for extra special care and treats.

I would lunge horse before I got on.

He sounds unhappy in his mouth, if he doesn't improve after dentist maybe look at different bits?
