Following on from my post yesterday about not being able to ride my youngster due to me having back problems, I have figured that once I am back to full health and able to ride it may be a good idea to get some extra support for my back whilst riding.
It is obvious that I have a weakness there so I think that by supporting it while riding I may be able to ride without causing more problems to myself.
Can anyone receommend a good one? And if anyone rides in one do you think it helps?

I have one and wear it all the time - Riding, my back is not good and will spasm from the slightest thing so just having the support there takes away the sudden jerks you cant help but get on top of a horse, and particulary good when getting off, keeps me together and gives support in the core areas - i got mine from a tack shop for about £25, i will see if i can find a link for you

mine slips on some jods and not others, best are the cord ones worst the Ariat leggings! - just weird. Though the wider the support the less it slips i have a small magnetic one and thats usless when you are riding
