Backpads - which one(s) are the best?

Hi all - i am going to be riding out for a yard soon and i have 6 horses to ride out every morning - i have got an exercise saddle provided for me - which is well panelled and clears the spine.

However - i just want to make sure weight is evened out more - which back pads can you recommend and which are worth the money?
