Had Spiders and Macs backs done today had Jemma Hill out.
She said Spider was building up the correct muslec every where and I was working her very well - and that she thinks she will have a very big jump in her when she is muscled enough to get the collection because she is very scopey already at the mo! So she didnt need anything doing.
Bit self indulgent!
But very nice when someone recognises your doing it right!!!
Mac was a little sore and will need tom off but still building up the correct muscle so thats good.
