My darned horse, who is currently loose in the yard due to the fact that her field is water logged, has decided to lean over the fence and run her teeth up and down the (black) bonnet of my mum's Mitsubishi Shogun Sport. Teeth marks about 2-3 inches long, gone through the paintwork....any idea what places offer surface bodywork repairs?
Thankies!

It's also dented it massively on the underside but just want to get the paintwork sorted. Stupid me!!

pmsl, sorry couldn't help that, my friends horse does that then carries on to take any window wipers, trim airials ect off then chew them, dont know of any bodyshops, but know of a good dentist

NAUGHTY HORSE! Sounds like something one of mine would do. If it's scrathced rather than dented have a look for one of those mobile paint repair people. I had someone come out and do mine last year and they did a great job. Only cost about £75 cos the do an 'invicible mend' rather than a respray.

oopps!

Is the car fairly new? If you don't use a shogun dealer your 12yr bodywork warranty will be invalidated, although to be honest I'm not sure they're worth the paper they're written on.

Car is 54 plate, mum has had it from new!

I know there is a company called Dents Away and belive they have a sister company that also comes out and does paint work too...try googleing it.

MINE DID THIS! I turned my 2 horses out in the yard as there was grass edges to munch. B@stard Welshie decided to CHEW the bonnet of our jeep! Big teeth marks left... Daddy wasnt a happy bunny at all... As for repainting, we didnt - they remain!

Ooooh, naughty! When we bought our horsebox, the previous owner's horse had obviously done this to the side when tied up, there's a nice little paint jobby over it!

Also, hello Irishcobs, you live just down the road from me!

Naughty horsey, I thought mine was naughty when he scratched his bum on the rear light of the landrover whilst tied on the side of the trailer and broke it off, taking half the fixing plate with him in the process, so I needed the whole light fitting not just the cover. I hope your mum wasn't tooooo cross...
