I am feeling so bad at the mo. Have been advertising daughters horse for weeks now. We had decided to wait until spring but we are finding it so hard to cope with 4. Only 2 calls and no viewers, she pulled a shoe of yesterday so you can guarantee someone will ring this week.

Our house is up for sale, we had an offer who has now pulled out, the reason they gave was that they found out that they would not be able to run a livery business from there - We told them that when they first came to look! We told them that was the reason we were moving - WTF!

The fields are now a bog so in adition to being a nightmare to turn out on it wont look good for prospective viewers. I feel like I have had a cold for months and to top it of my wonderful old cat had to be put to sleep on Monday.

Why does bad luck gang up on you when you least need it!

Is anyone else having a job selling horses and houses - or has anyone having a worse time

A HUGE Hug from me.......Im sorry your having a tough time, crap isnt it ?
Im not selling my house but I have just found a fab loan home for one of my horses BUT am having trouble finding a bigger more weight carrying sort.
Really hope you feel better soon.

Neither horses nor houses are really selling at the moment! But it will all come right when it's meant to, you just have to keep thinking positive thoughts! The older I get the more I think that things have a way of working out for the best eventually, even if it doesn't feel like it at the time.

Oh bless, big hugs to you, I'm not selling horse or house, but YO is trying to sell horses and they are not attracting any interested at all...............

Sorry to hear about your cat, it is really horrible when they leave us. Although you miss them the pain on losing them is far outweighted by by the pleasure they bring.

Please take heart that you are not alone we are in a really similar situation.

Danny has been advertised for 6 weeks, a handful of calls and no viewers just time wasters who arrange to come then cancel at the last minute.

We are living with my parent-in-laws as we sold our house to buy a property with land and stables, our sale completed but the two other properties we are selling collapsed the day before exchange and don't look like selling anytime soon (how depressing is the news about mortgages and house prices?????)

Added to which our mortgage offer runs out in February and who knows what will happen to exchange rates if we have to re-apply!

So fear not we are in it together

been trying to sell a lovely highland cross pony no serious interest a couple of calls no views : { weve decided we will have to keep till spring .

Big hugs

Also trying to sell house not a interested viewer since oct, hoping for interest rate cut to instill abit of confidence in the market

Sorry to hear that others are also having similar probs. At least with no house to sell worried 1 that puts you in a strong position. I suppose I am just feeling sorry for myself. My cat had a lovely life and we had him put down before he suffered. I just miss him so much. He always came out with me to do the stables. I think I need to start playing the glad game - you know Pollyanna style. There are people out there with much worse probs. Thanks for the good vibes - I think they are working already
