Last night I tied up Oscar outside whilst I mucked out. He can stand there for as long as I need him to without making a fuss but last night I heard him digging at the ground so shouted at him to stop. He continued digging so I shouted again, after he ignored me for a second time I thought Id better go out to investigate and it was pouring down!

I felt really bad coz he was stood outside in only his indoor rug and he was obviously trying to say "come on stupid mummy Im getting very wet out here!"

Queue me frantically putting his TO rug over him to keep him a bit dryer and then getting "that look" from him as if to say - if you had listened to me 5 mins ago I wouldnt have got this wet.

Pointless post but my ned does make me feel very humble at times

At least he was only damp for a few mins.... yesterday morning after all the wind & rain I went up to put my girlies out and both their rugs were soaking through

as the wind had carried the rain into their stables, plus their beds were drenched
