Bad puppy!!!

Iv got two dogs a collie x lab called poppy which i rescued 5 yrs ago she is good as gold and a 3yr old lakeland terria called hooch and he,s a naughty boy he,s got such a cute face and you would forgive him anything BUT at home if he,s anywhere near me and poppy trys to come over he,ll go for her and i feel so sorry for poor pop i love them both the same but iv had her that much longer and she looks so upset iv had him done but he,s a sod! Out walking he will be aggressive to other mails but only if i try to call him away he,ok if i egnor him is this just terria behaviour???

Terriers need a firm hand. You might want to do some dominance work with him as it sounds like he thinks he is the boss. "Good Owners, Great Dogs" by Brian Kilcommons is a really good book to help with such issues. He's very cute and I bet that he USES that.
