Bad things happen in three's- 2 down so what's next?

So following my post last night about my burst pipe in the field I went to sort some washing out this morning and my tumble dryer is not happy!

Opened it up to get the washing out and it all stinks of smoke- I'm thinking that this is not a good sign and most probably terminal. So now have a mound of washing that's going to take a month of Sunday's to get dry (small baby in the house who creates her own body weight of washing daily!).

So what's next?

Sorry whinge over. Where's the best place to get replacement dryer from- ideas please?

If it makes you feel any better, Im waiting for my 3rd thing to go wrong too .......

Washing Machine died yesterday morning and the 4x4's alternator (I think!) packed in, so I only have the use of my OHs car, which is rubbish in the snow & I had to walk half a mile in the dark and deep snow to feed my horsey and put his 2nd rug on

i got a washing machine from comet clearance website, was brand new and half the price of in store!

I'm on number 4 this month!! Dad got rushed into hospital, very poorly. Then they ended my job contract early but agency person went off on holiday without even tellingme, so have no money comming in, perfect timing for Christmas.

Then I wrote my car off on Thursday, wrapped it round a lamp post. Sunday was supposed to be heading over to the inlaws for a big family bash. Just getting ready to go and the drain outside is blocked,had the washing machine going, all the water came up out the sink and flooded the kitchen!!

Surely nothing else can go wrong before Christmas!!

Iv had my 3 this weekend. Went to court about a car crash that happened last year and lost the case on friday. On sunday morning someone driving a truck and trailer slid on the ice into my mums truck writing it off. Sunday nite my horse then sliped on the ice and got her back leg caught in a gate.

Its been an expensive weekend to say the least. Hopefuly everyone elses 2nd/3rd bad thing wont be quite so bad for them.

Well there you are - I have now had my 3rd bad thing

I have lost my engagement ring somewhere (probably in the field!) - I went to spin it on my finger, only to realise its no longer there

Things can only get better now {as she touches a large bit of wood!
