Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Badminton XC usually on a Saturday? I'm guessing it's changed this year because of the bank holiday but I was all geared up to watch it on the red button all afternoon and have just realised I'm 24 hours early *sigh*

Yes - but as it is a bankholiday they shifted the whole think back by a day!
