Badminton HT - The Farmyard

Was watching this morning the Trials and there was a not so nice incident with a rider in the early stages where over the second part of the obsicle the horse drifted and badly caught (I think) its stifle and was clearly badly lame, is it ok?

Also another later on went up a bank, refused the top and the horse fell backwards off the bank into a small ditch onto its back, that was awful, is that ok too?

Several (BE, Badminton, Clare Balding etc) tweeted yesterday that there were no serious injuries to any horses or riders, just some bruising

the first horse u mentioned just had bruising on its stifle and the 2nd horse apparently cracked a rib- looked v.painful to me!

At least it seems Elizabeth Powers had a better outcome than it looked!
