On the Saturday, the only thing that is different is the price of the tickets on the gate goes up. Oh, and you can generally get in slightly quicker than the not-pre-booked rabble queueing in their cars for hours if you have a pre-booked car pass! Ah the satisfaction of driving down the road past the huge queues!

Yes we will be going on the Saturday for the XC.

Think I'll enquire then about group discount then for pre-booked tickets.

I thought it would just be so perfect to have a horsey day with my very special horsey friends!, Take a picnik etc! Cant wait!!

I'm thinking of going to Badminton this year. Go to Blenhiem most years (15 mins up the road) but fancy trying something new (will still do Blenhiem.) Kids love XC day so will be happy to follow mum! Might try and persuade my boss to come as well - she has recently taken up riding (only because I book all her lessons for her!) but I think she would enjoy the day.
