Can anyone tell me the name of a manufacturer who produces those white bags of haylage?? Just planning ahead for a show where the horses will be away for three days and need to organise hay etc. Would like to purchase a number of those bags if possible?

Anyone any ideas??

Thanks

What part of the country are you in? - alot of the haylege makers are making the small squares now (just a bit bigger than horsehage bale)- they work out alot cheaper than HorseHage.

I know a lot of the feed stores around here sell the horsehage but I think it's quite expensive. Maybe ask your local feed store? Our local Glanbia co-op also sells horsehage. I can give you the name of someone in Wicklow who sells small bales of haylage he makes himself, it's good quality but it might be a bit far.

Wicklow is probably a bit far but thanks anyway! I'll try my local farm supplies and see what they say. We are taking 6 horses to the R.C. Festival this year and unlike previous year that we have attended yiou have to provide your own feed. I just thought a couple of the bag would be easier to transport than bales
