Baileys No. 4

Fabulous stuff.

I reckon if it wasn't for this stuff my mare would be retired by now.

Used to get condition on and then cut down amount to maintain although Baileys do another product aimed at eventers for slow release energy called Staypower I think.

I was going to change my mare over but why fix what ain't broken?

Definately well worth the money.

She now looks miles better than she's ever done and she's 19 (going on 9)!!!

I feed it to both of mine - my WB gets a handful to keep condition on and my skiiny TB gets a bowl full to get weight on her

I really like it as it doesn't send them daft but is very good for getting weight and condition on.

Started using it on my ribby tbx about 3 weeks ago and not noticed a difference yet.

It does take a few weeks before you notice anything.

I used it for about 3 months and TBH, thought it was a waste of money

I then, however, found some D&H conditioning cubes on offer, so bought them, and noticed a difference in 2 weeks! I now swear by them - Ellie has always generally looked in good condition, but her topline is never overly good, and this feed has made a huge difference!

i am using it for my new horse. he's a underweight Thoroughbred and he's been on it for about 3 weeks now, he's starting to put weight on and build up a topline and his coat is looking 10x better thann when i bought him.

I use it on a TB too and recommend it.

I also use sugar beet (speedi-beet 10 mins soak in cold water) and an Alfa-A product.

The other thing I can recommend to put on condition is a feed balancer.. be it Top Spec/Blue Chip or any other one.. I've used both the first two.

If you're not sure I would try ringing any of the main feed manufacturer's advice line (often free) and see what they can suggest. Hopefully all would suggest the same sorts of combinations and quantities, but just their own brand.

I used mine to put weight on. I have changed back to pasture mix now as he has gotten a bit fat.
