Conditioning Meal - any one used it?

your thoughts please for feeding two older gentlemen
- one 16.1hh spindley 24yr old TB ex race horse - in v steady walking hack work to keep him entertained.
the other a
- 20 16.hh Irish ex eventer/general mega star in quiet PC rally work - hacking at 2.3 SJing.

At the mo they are on topline nuts/beat/and pasture or herbal mix though feel something more substantial for winter needed.

I used it on my lad to get the weight on when I bought him. Fantastic stuff!

Wee tip, introduce it gradually. Sent mine off his rocker but that might have been cause he was feeling so much better after serious dental work. I would use it again to put/keep weight on but i'd definitely introduce it slowly i.e. up by a cup a week until you're where you want to be.

I have mine on Calm and Condition, Alpha A Oil and he'll be going back on Alphabeet when the cold weather sets in. He does really well on this lot.

Fantastic stuff for putting weight on. we have recently bought a 2yo who was in very poor conditon, 6 weeks on he is 100x better. However, when we used it on our TB, his legs swelled up and he came out in lumps

love the stuff and just put my 2 TB's back on it for the winter. Never had any trouble with attitudes.

Mine are on Hifi ( even little mare is ok with this), economy nuts, speedybeet,

Brillaint stuff and will feed again when it gets colder. My boy had always been a skinny baby and no matter what I fed he just lacked weight, he then had an op on his back and I gave him baileys and he's fab now!
