Can anyone enlighten me as to how they work. I've found out that seat C is about 17.5" but what about those gullet widths?

Tree widths are impossible for non-saddle fitters at the best of times, we work from templates for each width, and Balance use a totally different system so I'd not recommend trying to work with them without a fitter that understands the whole Balance "thing".
