I wonder if anyone can recommend a balancer for a quirky warmblood?

He's on Calm and Condition, Mollichaff Extra + linseed over winter and usually a tiny bit of Cool and Collected in the summer to get his joint supplement down him.

He's on reasonable grazing but not the best by far and at 14 I cant help thinking a balancer would do him better.

Does anyone have experience of Pure Balance at all?

Try a powdered balancer like Pro Earth or ForagePlus BUT, all those feeds you have listed have got added vits/minerals so if you are feeding up to weight then arguably you shouldn't feed a balancer as you will be OD'ing on some and still lacking in others. If you are not feeding up to weight then you are effectively wasting money and I would consider going onto a pure fibre based diet and use the balancer and other bits like linseed to build on.

ETA: is the mollichaff now low in sugar? I'm sure it is about 15-20% sugar content when I last looked, which seems a bit counter productive if you are feeding and looking for low sugar.

I've been feeding the yard fatties Pure Fibre Balance in the summer and Pure Easy/Working in the winter - they all look great on it and haven't had any problems with allergies/sensitivities.

I feed my ulcer prone boy Top Spec comprehensive balancer and may move to the cool balancer over summer. In the winter I add TS cool conditioning cubes, alfa a molasses free and simple system lucie pellets.

I must say he looks great, I am pretty sure there arent any molasses in it and low in starch and sugars. Unless anyone states otherwise its the lowest in starch and sugars that I have found, it has biotin in and probiotics.
