my horse came with a small hairless patch on the outside of fetlock joint on his one white sock. Didn't seem sore or itchy so didnt bother with it. However, he has now developed a bald patch on the inside of the same leg and the skin looks as though it is thickening. I have tried aloe vera gel and green oils gel on it to no avial. any suggestions on what it might be and how to treat it?
