Balding muzzle

Notice that my mare is going bald round her muzzle and eyes. What could be the cause?

more buttercups than grass I think some days

Google buttercup burns and see what you think. I have one horse with a burned pink muzzle (not sunburn as he wears a full mask but buttercups can still get under while grazing), one with dark burn patches on eye, down to and muzzle area, and another with tiny lumps around her muzzle area.

YO going to speak with the farmer to see what we can do about them, they're so bad this year
