Balls with Bells

I'd like to buy a tennis type ball that has a bell inside for a partially sighted dog. Can anyone recommend one?

Bigger than a tennis ball, but when my ball obsessed border collie went blind I bought him a Kong Jumbler.
It's a big rubber ball with a small tennis ball inside it, so when it rolls, the tennis ball inside also rolls and the dog can hear it.

Would you not be able to put a slit in a tennis ball insert a bell, and glue the slit up, or hot melt the joint ?.
