Banding Sarcoids

Hi there peeps.

Anyone out there with experience of banding sarcoids: do you do it yourselves or do you get the vet to do it?

Should the vet do it?????

My mare had a sarcoid banded last year. I had it done by the vet as she had to be sedated first. It worked well and sarcoid has not returned.
