Sigh
Deano's shoes have been off for over a month now and he is still very tender on stones so the trimmer recommended that I take him off of his high fi molasses free. He needs something to carry his supplement so i switched to fast fibre which i thought was a 'safe' base - he has been spooky and flighty ever since. I'm trying to work him gently in the school but the last two nights he has spun, tucked his nose between his knees and really went for it, all four feet off the ground style. As usual i'm left thinking - pain in feet? pain in back? saddle pinching? teeth needing done? ulcers????????????????????????????
last time this happened i had just put him on micronised linseed, I took him off of it and he returned to his usual self.
Anyway - long story short - can anyone recommend a chaff that is suitable for barefoot diets? The feed store couldn't thinking of anything they had that would fit the bill when I asked.
