barefoot in north east?

does anyone know of a barefoot trimmer in the north east (im in durham)? ive read several posts and some seem to get trimmed by a regular farrier whilst others say they need a different trim (mustang roll seems to ring a bell?) by a barefoot trimmer

does anyone know which option is best? or is it one of those things where there is always a difference of opinion/preference?

i have my new horse arriving soon and it is currently barefoot so would like to keep it that way if possible

Hi my 4 are barefoot and are trimmed by a barefoot specialists. If you are new to this you really need to do lots of research, there is more to barefoot than just taking shoes off. Have a look at this site you should be able to find a trimmer in your area - UKNHCP. There trimmers are excellent and contrary to belief they are highly trained. Good luck.
