^^^^ Agree with post above, just because someone appears on that list does not mean that they are necessarily any good. The barefoot trimmer that I had to sack because of the harm they were inadvertently doing is on that list, although they don’t cover the OP’s area, so I don’t need pass on the details.

Agree, that website is just the most comprehensive list of trimmers in the UK. It is not an endorsement.

I am currently using Ross Barker - i'm no trimming expert but he's been very patient with a very nervous horse and a crack / seedy toe in a youngster has cleared up after three trims (it had been coming and going with farrier for a while)
