Barefoot

Hi!

Does anyone have experience with the barefoot?

I´ve been reading in different articles the big advantages that it carries and my question is: what relevant changes take place in the hoof of the horse at the moment of removing the horse-shoe and beginning with the barefoot? And, is barefoot applicable to all equine disciplines?
