As per the title... My barefoot boy seems to have muscle issues which manifests as a lack of energy / stamina along with stifness ad awkwardness of gait. I am treating him as epsm.

Dodson and Horrel ERS pellets were recomended on another thread and they look pretty safe to me... I think they are bound by oil rather than mollasses.... and they are fibre based and low in starch...

I'm considering giving them a go...

Thank you! I went on there earlier but there was no-one online to ask so I thought I'd have more luck in here!

I have bought a bag anyway - read the list of ingrdients and no-where does it mention mollasses (apart from containing mollasses free sugar beet) or moglo or anything... they are low in starch and high in fibre and oil so I have high hopes :)

Will be interested to find out how you get on. I feed Saracen Re-leve for the same reasons but it has a small amount of molasses in it, which obviously I'd rather avoid with my b/f boy. Do keep us updated.... :)

I feed them to my barefoot crew because they are low in sugar/starch and seem to get on ok with them. In fact mine won't eat their fast fibre without them in

Hi!

They are great! Seem to give my boy a little more energy and don't seem to have adversely affected his feet. I know of another barefooter who feeds them too with no ill-effect :)

I only feed about 2/3 of a stubbs scoop per day to a 17.2hh...

If you have any specific questions please ask :)
