Hi

Looking for a tail gate guard and these look good, has anyone got one, what do you think of them?

Thanks

They are wonderful, I couldn't be more pleased with mine, especially as the tailgate and boot guard together should have cost nearly £400 but I got the set second hand for £120. Keep an eye out on the Agilitynet Fleamarket page, some bargains to be had.

hello,
i couldnt be without mine, they are fantastic.
i have three lhasas and a northern inuit and it is so good for
when you have to leave them in the car on the odd occasion.
you can leave the boot open and i put a padlock on the cage door
so know they are safe and cool. :)
definately recomend.
i have a spare one for a vauxhall astra estate although i dnt have the fittings for it anymore some handy person could fix it to a car.
well worth the money, the dog guard is worth also. :)

Absolutely brilliant, couldn't be without one, well made and really easy to fit.

Although - when OH wanted one in his car we did go for an MMG guard as a cheaper option & although I prefer Barjo they aren't bad as an alternative.

I have had 2 MMG tailgate guards in the past and am awaiting a new one for the current car. As Mynstrel says they are a bit cheaper than a Barjo but I have always been very happy with them. I wouldn't be without a gaurd of some sort, apart from the obvious advantage of being able to leave the boot up at shows etc, there is also the added security I feel in the case of a rear end shunt.
