Barley rings ?

Does any one feed them?and what they look like if you soak them ,do they go like a porridge consistency ? im thinking of feeding them for my oap mare.thanks in advance.

Yeah, our 40yo gets fed them. They look like porridge (and taste like weetabix with water!). We make ours with water out the kettle, cheers Prince up on a cold winter morning!!

Thats great,have no electrics but could use a flask,if i left them over night soaking in cold water would they still go like porridge or is hot water better.

They do still go like porridge. just a bit nicer for them warm

especially for the oldies
