Barn update

Have posted pics in pic gallery of it since we've cleaned it. Never been so knackered, on sunday lifted out 3 deep littered beds (2 ft high at the back! they havent been lifted for a year or so!) and then they were powerhosed and disinfected. So the end stables are now habitable. Not putting more beds in as of now as it looks like the whole roof is going to have to come off. Metal work all ok and the wall between the feed room and stables is ok, the rest will probably go and be rebuilt the same way as it was. Insurance companies decided they can't determine a cause, assuming an electrical fault in either the lights/lorry/barn electrics. They're all off now to determine what they are going to do for us!

Not surprised you are knackered! Glad the insurance company are being prompt in helping you get this sorted. Hopefully they won't keep you hanging too long before the work can start.

I hope this all gets sorted soon, I would offer to help with the deep litter beds, but..............................!

Just think how posh it will be when its all sorted out
